Data Deletion Instructions

At WeLose, we respect your privacy rights and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable data protection regulations.
Deleting Your Data In-App
Most of your data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted directly within the app at any time. To delete all your WeLose data from your device:
- Open the WeLose app
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Delete All Data
- Confirm the deletion
If you use WeLose Pro with iCloud sync, deleting data in the app will also remove it from your iCloud. You may also manage your iCloud data directly through your device's iCloud settings.
Your Right to Request Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to certain legal and operational obligations.
What Data May Be Deleted
Upon approved request, we may delete:
- Account information associated with your request
- Saved preferences and settings
- Any data associated with support communications
- Marketing and communication preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for:
- Fraud prevention and security investigations
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Dispute resolution
- Enforcement of our Terms of Service
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To submit a data deletion request, please contact us at:

Please include the following with your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or request
- A description of the data you would like deleted
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within a reasonable timeframe and aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.
