Account & Data
WeLose stores your weight and dose data locally on your device. With WeLose Pro, your data syncs via iCloud across your Apple devices. We do not have access to your personal health data.
WeLose Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, update, or review your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. See our Subscription Terms for full details.
