- GLP-1 medication dose logs
- Progress notes and journal entries

- iCloud account (used for sync with WeLose Pro — we do not access your iCloud credentials)
c. Device and Usage Information
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data
- Crash reports and diagnostics
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Sync your data across devices via iCloud (WeLose Pro)
- Process subscriptions through Apple App Store billing
- Improve app functionality and user experience
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Health Data
WeLose stores your health-related data (weight entries, dose logs) locally on your device and, for Pro subscribers, synced via iCloud. This data is yours. We do not sell, share, or use your personal health data for advertising purposes.
4. iCloud Sync (WeLose Pro)
WeLose Pro uses Apple's CloudKit framework to sync your data across your Apple devices. Data synced via iCloud is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to your iCloud-stored data.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
WeLose does not collect or store payment card details.
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store billing via your Apple ID
We rely on Apple to securely handle all payment information.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Platform Providers: Apple for subscription billing and iCloud sync
- Cloud Providers: Azure or similar for hosting this website
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
7. Data Retention
Your app data is retained on your device and iCloud account for as long as you use the Service or until you delete your data. Website usage data may be retained as needed for security and operations.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. Your health data is stored locally and synced only through Apple's encrypted iCloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- Delete your data directly within the app
- Disable iCloud sync at any time in your device settings
- Request data deletion by contacting us

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

WeLose is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your medication and weight loss program.
